Specialist Expertise: Our qualified Trichologist focuses on hair and scalp health but is not medically certified.

Consultation:

We provide equipment for hair and scalp examination but may not use all tools during your consultation.

A professional opinion or recommendation may not be given on the same day, as some conditions require additional testing and analysis.

Treatments

Treatment Location: Ensure you are aware of the location for your treatment.

Voluntary Participation: You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment after a consultation.

Outcome: Desired results are not guaranteed and may require multiple treatment courses to achieve or maintain.

Medical Advice: We recommend consulting your NHS or private healthcare professional before starting any treatment or supplementation program.

Treatment Effects: Some redness on the scalp post-treatment is normal. Full details about treatments and their effects will be explained beforehand.

Hair Styling: Hair styling is not included in treatments, but styling tools are available for your use. If required, we can arrange an appointment with a qualified hairdresser.

Photographs

By placing an order, you consent to photographs of your face and/or scalp being taken before, during, and after treatment.

Suitability and Guarantees

Assessment: During your consultation, we will assess whether a treatment is suitable for you. If not, the reasons will be explained.

No Guarantees: Treatment outcomes vary among individuals. Results are not guaranteed, and a small percentage of clients may not respond to treatment.

Liability: We are not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages incurred during your relationship with us.

Close Working Partners

Referrals: When necessary, we may refer you to one of our Close Working Partners for additional tests or specialized treatments.

Medications: Medications are only prescribed by our partners, and consultations with them may be required.

Costs: You are responsible for all costs related to referrals, tests, or medications provided by our partners.

Products and Non-Physical Items

Product Disclaimer: Natural or herbal remedies and supplements do not have FDA approval for treating hair loss.

External Use Only: Trichological products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners) are for external use only.

Shipping: Items will only be shipped to UK addresses. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, and we are not responsible for postal delays.

Appointments

Requirements:

Forms must be completed in English. Failure to do so may result in appointment cancellation.

Bring photographic ID to your appointment. Additional information may be requested.

Appointments are limited to one person. Do not bring children or additional guests.

Changes:

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Late arrivals may result in reduced appointment time or cancellation.

Payments

Advance Payment: Full payment is required to secure bookings.

Responsibility: You are responsible for any unpaid charges, even if a third party (e.g., private insurance) is covering part of the costs.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Notice Period:

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees.

Failure to attend or short-notice cancellations will result in the full appointment fee being charged.

High Demand: Clients who cancel or reschedule frequently may not be able to book future appointments.

Additional Notes

CCTV: Audio and video recording is in operation both indoors and outdoors on-site.

Referral Letters: Professional referral letters, if required, start at £20 each.
